BILL
KISKA

Producer & Chief Executive Officer
Bill is Way Off Broadway's Chief Executive Officer and many say, the "heart" of the theatre as well. Having earned a degree in Music and Theatre from Duquesne University, he performed with the Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra, both in Pittsburgh and during its European Tour. After graduating from college, he taught Music and Theatre in Pennsylvania before moving to Maryland and entering the business world. Over the years, Bill has directed such productions as Oliver!, The King & I, Hello, Dolly!, A Funny Thing Happened . . . Forum, The Wizard of Oz, Forever Plaid, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Evita, and the regional premieres of Neil Simon's The Goodbye Girl - The Musical and The Wedding Singer to name a few of his favorite shows. No stranger to performing himself, he has appeared on stage a number of times in roles that have ranged from Harry the Horse in Guys & Dolls to Captain von Trapp in The Sound of Music. His proudest moment on stage though, was appearing as Georges in the regional premiere of Jerry Herman and Harvey Fierstein's smash-hit musical comedy La Cage aux Folles. Before becoming Way Off Broadway's chief executive, he traveled Europe as Vice President of International Operations for Broadcast Travel Incentives, an incentive travel corporation based in Potomac, Maryland. Since becoming the theatre's Executive Producer, Bill has been actively involved with every production at Way Off Broadway since 2002 and has been thrilled to be able to bring so many great shows to Frederick over the years.
