RESERVATION
POLICY
If you are interested in purchasing tickets for any of our
productions, or have any questions not answered here on our website, just
give the Box Office a call at (301) 662-6600
and anyone there will be happy to help you.
There are
a few things you should know about purchasing tickets at Way Off Broadway.
We do have specific policies that we follow very closely. That way it
is fair for everyone and no one can say we are giving anyone special
treatment. So, basically, what follows is the "fine print." Knowing
these things up front will make things a lot easier and keep you from
getting angry over any misunderstandings.

DRESS CODE:
We do ask that you respect the theatre and the other guests. Business casual
is the usual dress of the day. We do not permit jeans,
shorts, work out cloths, or flip-flops at Mainstage Performance. WOB
reserves the right not to seat any guest who is dressed inappropriately.
CHILDREN'S
THEATRE TICKETS
▪ Full payment is required at the time your tickets are purchased.

have reservations if you would need to reschedule your reservation. However, your reservation may not be cancelled
entirely and there will be no refunds.
▪ If you fail to arrive for your reservation, you have forfeited your
tickets and will be unable to reschedule.
▪ Your ticket price includes lunch, show, taxes, and a $1.00 per ticket
Processing Fee.
▪ The only difference with Children's Theatre tickets is with the
Christmas
Show. When you purchase those tickets, they are all final sales -- there are no
cancellations,
refunds, or
exchanges.
SNOW POLICY
In theatre, we live by the saying, "The show must go on." However, we are
very careful when it comes to bad weather. If the roads are clear and we
have no troubling getting the cast and staff in for the show (and those who
work at WOB
come from all over the area), then the show will go on. If the weather is
too bad, and we do cancel a performance, we will let everyone know and we
will work with everyone to reschedule their reservations. If a show does go
on and someone does not show up for their reservation, then those tickets
have been forfeited.
