IN THE KITCHEN

       

 

 

 

Here at WOB, we are very proud of the job our staff does with preparing the food we serve to our guests.  All of the meals we serve at our Mainstage performances and for meetings and banquets are prepared right here in our kitchen.  Nothing is prepared off-site.  And just wait until you taste our famous Cream of Crab Soup.  Some people come here just for that!

As for our show menus, we do change the buffet with each production.  There is always a variety to choose from.  Our buffet usually has three hot entrees along with all of the delicious side dishes.  We also always have at least one vegetarian entree for those of you who follow that path.

Of course, no meal would be complete without a selection of breads, pastries, and desserts.  All of our baked goods are made especially for the theatre, many using secret family recipes.  Some of our goodies are so popular, we have begun selling them for the holidays and other special occasions.

This is Dave and Joe having fun back in the kitchen.  Not pictured is our wonderful Assistant Kitchen Manager, Suzette.  Why you ask?  Because she threatened us with bodily harm if we ever took her picture and you don't mess with a woman holding a big knife!  And for the record, Dave and Joe don't always wear those barrets.
