Tired of sending
your kids to the same old arts and crafts kind of
camp? Are they tired of going? Or
maybe your tyke has expressed an interest in the
theatre, and you're wondering how to pursue that
interest without actually registering your kid with
the Screen Actors Guild. Well, here's an
option:
Send them to Way Off Broadway's Summer
Theatre Camp!
Way Off Broadway
has been running these camps for over ten years now,
and they're very successful. In a
nutshell, you send your child to us for half a day
for a few of weeks. While they're here,
we'll teach them a little about the craft of
acting and everything that goes along with it.
Since the best way to learn is by doing, we'll
also give them a script with a specific role, go
through the rehearsal process, and put them up
on our stage for an actual performance that you
and their friends can come see. Neat, huh?
It's a lot of fun and gives your child a chance to
see what its really like in front of the
footlights. We offer both DRAMA Camps and
a MUSICAL THEATRE Camp!

SESSION 1A - DRAMA (Ages 9 - 12):
