MAINSTAGE AUDITION INFORMATION

HAPPY DAYS - THE MUSICAL
Date: APRIL 10, 2017
Beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Way Off Broadway


Those auditioning are asked to bring a headshot and resume, as well as 16 bars of prepared music and be ready to sing, read from the script, and dance.  All roles are open and non-union paying.  Those auditioning should be at least 16 years old.  Performers should look age appropriate for the part(s) for which they are auditioning. No appointment is necessary and an accompanist will be provided.

Rehearsals will begin shortly after auditions and be 2 - 3 times a week (in the evenings). Beginning Sunday, June 18th rehearsals
will be every evening.

Happy Days - The Musical runs from June 23rd through August 19th, with performances every Friday and Saturday evening, and matinees on the 1st. 3rd, and 5th Sunday of each month.

Goodbye gray skies, hello blue!  Happy days are here again with Richie, Potsie, Ralph Malph, and the unforgettable "king of cool" Arthur "The Fonz" Fonzarelli.  Based on the hit Paramount Pictures television series, Happy Days, reintroduces one of America's best loved families, the Cunninghams -- yes, Howard, Marion and Joanie are here too -- to a whole new generation.  The famed drive-in malt shop and number one hangout, Arnold's, is in danger of demolition.  So the gang teams up to save it with a dance contest and a TV-worthy wrestling match.  Even Pinky Tuscadero, Fonzie's childhood sweetheart, returns to help and -- lo and behold! -- they rekindle their old flame.  This perfectly family friendly musical will have you rockin' and rollin' all week long!
